The Kooks have gone 'Konk'

The Kooks have returned with its latest album Konk is the second album by English indie rock band on Virgin Records. Produced by Tony Hoffer, the album is named after the London studio where it was recorded, which is property of Ray Davies.

It will also be released in a double disc version featuring a second CD, entitled RAK, which will include seven new songs not included on the album, and an alternate version of the album track "See The Sun".

The special edition Konk will feature the same album cover, apart from the blue 'Konk' sign being red. The Kooks previewed the new material at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on February 7.
